Hotel Packages
The event is open to people of all ages. However, you must be 21+ to book the package and check into the hotel. People under the age of 21 may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked on the reservation must be 21+ and must present valid photo identification at hotel check in.
All packages are for 1 night, checking in on the night of the show of your choice, checking out the following morning.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online.
Yes! There is the 50% Down Payment Plan. The default option is to be paid in full, so if you would like to utilize the Payment Plan you will need to select it at check out. Payment Plans are available until June 12, 2026. See details below.
Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the venue's policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of your package, please reach out to us at music@onlocationexp.com immediately after purchase. We will go over any available options.
If you require an accessible hotel room or accessible shuttle, please contact us immediately after purchasing so we can best accommodate.
To accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at music@onlocationexp.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Yes! All hotel packages come with either 2, 3, or 4 GA, Standing Pit Early Entry, or Reserved Seating Tickets. You will get the same perks as any other non-hotel package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get with as a Hotel Package!
All tickets are digital and will be fulfilled by AXS closer to the event.
The tickets will be added to the AXS Fan Account associated with the email address on file from your Hotel Package purchase. If you do not already have an AXS Fan Account associated with your email, one will be created for you.
Reserved seats are in front of General Admission and behind the Standing Pit.
- All Reserved Seating Tickets bundled with Hotel Packages will be located in B sections of the reserved seating area.
- Exact seat locations will be provided in 10-14 days* from purchase completion and tickets bundled as part of a Hotel Package will be seated together.
- No blankets or chairs are permitted in Reserved Seating.
- Kids 2 and under may accompany parents (sit on laps) in Reserved Seating without a ticket.
- Includes access to all GA areas.
*Seat locations cannot be changed. Seat locations are confirmed upon purchase completion. If a payment plan is opted into, your seat assignment will be provided 10-14 days from the date your final payment is processed.
Unfortunately, the hotels cannot offer early check-in or late check-out.
It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this hotel package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package*. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!
*Note: Shuttle service is not included with Bally's Dover Casino Resort packages. The hotel is walking distance from the concert venue.
To add additional nights to your hotel package, you will need to book those nights directly with the hotel. Please note, the front desk will most likely not have your hotel package reservation information yet.
Once you’ve booked the additional night(s), please reach out to our Guest Services team at music@onlocationexp.com with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.
No. On Location’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.

RV Packages
RV Camping passes will ship 2–6 weeks prior to the event to the billing address provided at checkout.
No. RV Camping includes space for one (1) vehicle and tow-behind camper OR (1) motorized camper. Limit one (1) engine per parking space. No companion vehicles.
No. RV Camping does not include power or water hookups. All sites are dry RV campsites.
No. There is no tent camping permitted in RV Camping lots.
RV Campers must have concert tickets and an RV Camping pass valid for each night of their stay.
No. Payment Plans are not available for RV Packages.

50% Down Plan:
50% down + 1 installment payment, collected 1 month from the date of purchase.
*Note once a purchase is made and a Payment Plan is entered, the down payment percentage and the number of monthly installments will not change. However, the down payment percentage and the number of a monthly installments offered for new Package purchases is subject to change. Be sure to check the Payment Plan policy if you plan to make a Package purchase in the future.
Payment Plans may not be offered closer to the event. Book early to opt in to available payment plans.
A $100 payment plan fee will be charged on top of 50% down payment
If payment on an installment fails, your card will automatically be charged again 7 days later. If that second attempted charge fails, you will be automatically charged 7 days after that. If that third attempted charge fails, your order will be cancelled.
Defaulted Hotel Package Payment Plans will result in cancellation of package and are subject to a $100 per item re-stocking fee.

No. Payment Plans are not available for RV Packages.
If payment on an installment fails, you will receive an email notification from EASOL and your card will automatically be charged again 7 days later. If that second attempted charge fails, you will be automatically charged 7 days after that. If that third attempted charge fails, your order will be cancelled.
Defaulted Hotel Package Payment Plans will result in cancellation of package and are subject to a $100 re-stocking fee.
No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges. To update your payment method, please log into your EASOL account HERE.
