50% Down Payment Plan Terms:

• 50% down + 1 Installment payment collected monthly from the date of purchase.

• Once a purchase is made and a Payment Plan is entered, the down payment percentage and the number of monthly installments will not change. However, the down payment percentage and the number of a monthly installments offered for new package purchases is subject to change. Be sure to check the Payment Plan policy if you plan to make a Package purchase in the future.

• Payment Plans may not be offered closer to the show. Book early to opt in to available payment plans.

• A $100 payment plan fee will be charged on top of 50% down payment

• If payment on an installment fails, your card will automatically be charged again 7 days later. If that second attempted charge fails, you will be automatically charged 7 days after that. If that third attempted charge fails, your order will be cancelled.

• Defaulted Hotel Package Payment Plans will result in cancellation of package and are subject to a $100 per item re-stocking fee. 

• Payment plans will be available until June 12, 2026.
